Team View
1. Overview
Saleslook isn't just about inputting deals. Sales Managers will be thrilled to know that those deals for every salesperson in your organization can be viewed within the Team View. Not only that you (or your administrator) can also interact with those Pipelines by importing account information from other sources (such as via spreadsheet), add Leads and Clients, adding Opportunities to the Pipeline (and edit them) and therefore taking some of the workload directly off a salesperson if that's needed.

In the example above we have two sections. The left-hand panel displays (in this case) the 6 members of the team. The right-hand section displays a summary (total) view of each individual Pipeline.
In the menu bar, you can quickly view that the team has a total of 57 Opportunities creating over $1million dollars in revenue with $117,300 of that forecasted.
By selecting a team member (in this case Michale Dell) in the left-hand panel or directly via the summary in the right-hand section you can view their Pipeline. You can freely switch around Pipelines by selecting any member of your team.

As you are now in Michael's Pipeline View, you as Team Manager can now drill down into each Opportunity and interact fully with the Pipeline, adding or editing Opportunities and so forth.
Entering Team View also introduces a new icon in the Menu Bar:
The Eye (lock).

By selecting this (it shows in red when switched on and is also indicated beside the member's photo at the top of the dashboard and by a yellow frame) you assume the "identity" of that team member.

This changes various views such as displaying their Pipeline numbers in the upper Menu Bar (instead of your own). You will now see that member's Clients and Leads, Salesplan view etc., and be able to fully add and edit within those views.
To return to the global Team View you can do this by clicking on the large green Team button of the left-hand panel or be selecting Team View in the Menu Bar.
Tip: When finished with Team View don't forget to switch the Eye (lock) off.
