The menu bar has two rows. The upper row allows you to navigate to the various sections of Saleslook such as the Pipeline, Clients, Team View and Reports, etc. The lower bar consists of items exclusive to that section of Saleslook you are viewing.
1. Add Opportunity: This is your starting point to add opportunities to the Pipeline. Selecting this will display a popup box allowing you to input all of the information you need for a New Opportunity.

2. The Alert icon: When you have setup alerts for an Opportunity the Pipeline view can become "busy". By selecting the Alert Icon only Opportunities with associated alerts will be displayed.

3. The Palette icon: Selecting this allows you to view and edit Card Colors and Source of Lead. Please see the Card Colors/Lead Source section for details.

4. The Pipeline Shapes icon: Selecting this displays the Pipeline Process which is a proven technique that when followed meticulously and precisely can lead to sales success. The diagrams detail the Pipeline shape problems you may encounter and what needs to be done to get back on track. Please see the Pipeline Process section for details.

5. The Active Pipeline dropdown: By default, you are in the Active Pipeline view. By selecting this you can also choose the Forecast Pipeline or the Dormant Pipeline (Lost/Abandoned Opportunities).

6. Search: This is a global search on the Pipeline. Entering all or a portion of text in this box will filter the Pipeline View by the Account Name and/or Project Name.

7. Sort: By default the Pipeline sorts by Client. You can change this to sort by various parameters such as Project name, Revenue, Close Date, etc including Ascending or Descending order.
